Kopparberg Premium Cider
Siamo al Beer Attraction, tra tanti stand di birra scopriamo Kopparberg, produttore di sidro di mele e di pere di origine svedese. Curiosi e golosi ci presentiamo per assaggiare i loro prodotti. Ci propongono due varianti aromatiche del loro sidro di mele (fragola e lime, mirtilli e lamponi). Rimaniamo entusiasti di tanta bontà, bevendo si è pervasi da una piacevole effervescenza che solletica il palato, emergono le dolci note della frutta, il finale è fresco e agrumato e lascia la bocca pulita con la voglia di berne ancora ed ancora.
Per ricambiare la loro gentilezza e disponibilità nel lasciarci assaggiare voracemente i loro prodotti, proponiamo due varianti di un cocktail tipico italiano ma fatto con il loro sidro.
Kopparberg Spritz – In un calice, riempire di ghiaccio, versare 1/3 di aperol, 1/3 di sidro mirtilli e lamponi, 1/3 di soda, guarnire con buccia d’arancia e frutti rossi.
Kopparberg White Spritz – In un calice, riempire di ghiaccio, versare 1/3 di sidro fragola e lime, 1/3 di spumante brut italiano, 1/3 di soda, guarnire con spicchio di lime e una fragola.

Kopparberg Premium Cider
We are at Beer Attraction, among many beer stands we discover Kopparberg, producer of apple cider and pears of Swedish origin. Curious and greedy we introduce ourselves to taste their products. They propose two aromatic versions of their apple cider (strawberry and lime, blueberries and raspberries). We remain enthusiastic about so much goodness, drinking is pervaded by a pleasant effervescence that tickles the palate, emerge the sweet notes of fruit, the finish is fresh and citrus and leaves the mouth clean with the desire of drinking more and more.
To return their kindness and willingness to let us taste their products voraciously, we offer two variations of a typical Italian cocktail but made with their cider.
Kopparberg Spritz – In a glass, fill with ice, pour 1/3 of aperol, 1/3 cider blueberries and raspberries, 1/3 of soda, garnish with orange peel and red fruits.
Kopparberg White Spritz – In a glass, fill with ice, pour 1/3 of strawberry and lime cider, 1/3 of Italian brut sparkling wine, 1/3 of soda, garnish with lime wedge and a strawberry.
